At Love Delivery, we take our work seriously. It is our duty to ourselves, our customers and wider society to provide the best service possible by reaching the high regulatory standards of the United Kingdom. The following principles form the bedrock of our business:

  • We ensure all our wines are the best available. 
  • We respond to all enquiries within a strict 48-hour time period.  
  • When required, we ensure the temperature of our wine is controlled throughout the transit period – from the vineyard, to our cellar, to your address.  
  • For security reasons, all our packages are sealed. So, you can rest assured that your wine is safe from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your address.
  • Our courier service will only deliver alcohol to people over the age of 18. They do not deliver alcohol to anyone beneath that age, or anyone they suspect to be below that age. 
  • Invoicing and duty are paid.
